Car Overview
This 1969 Dodge Dart GTS is a factory example equipped with the coveted 340ci V8 and 4-speed manual transmission - widely regarded as the most balanced A-body drivetrain Dodge offered. The 340 is enhanced with an Edelbrock intake manifold and carburetor, long-tube headers, Flowmaster mufflers, and an MSD ignition box, while power is sent through a 3.55 rear gear. Braking is handled by factory drums.
As part of Dodge's legendary Scat Pack, the Dart GTS was Mopar's answer to the Camaro SS and Mustang GT. Only 6,700 GTS models were built in 1969, and far fewer survive with this drivetrain. With its rarity, performance pedigree, and unmistakable street presence, this Dart represents a rare opportunity to own a true piece of Mopar history.
