1968 replica super Stock Dart
1967 Dart two door hardtop, dressed as a 1968 426 Hemi, stock compression, Diamond racing magnesium cross ram intake with stage 3 porting, two 625 Edelbrock carbs, TTI coated headers, 3 inch exhaust, Bullet cam with .557 lift, 292 duration.
Custom black interior with burgundy piping from Legendary, heater, radio and outside mirror delete plates. 727 automatic with reverse manual valve body including one of the original shifter housings with pattern shift indicator. Interior door panels are the same as what come with the car. 3.55 sure grip rear end with super stock springs and shocks. Big tires out back, skinnies in front from Mickey Thompson. Replicate super stock battery in trunk, including spare tire and jack. Itās a street car that can be raced. I ran it at Garfield a couple of times.
Aluminum 23ā radiator that keeps things cool, usually runs about 180 unless it gets really hot. Plans to put custome stainless steel shroud in come spring. Have driven it more then a hundred miles with no problems. It is a magazine car, featured in several issues of Chrysler Power Magazine back in 2012-2013, which is when the car was completed.
Frames are tied together. Fiberglass hood and fenders. Drive shaft loop. Bob Riggleās autograph is on the inside of the deck lid. He was the driver of the infamous Hemi Under Glass wheel standing Barracuda.
