Car Overview

This 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat was featured in an episode of Roadkill on MotorTrend as a press vehicle from Dodge before its bodywork was later changed to resemble the 1968 Dodge Charger, ā€œGeneral Mayhem,ā€ that was used throughout the eponymous series. Chassis 700057 was given the moniker, ā€œGeneral Maintenance,ā€ and it is said to have been used as a picture car from 2015 until 2024. It was also exported to Saudi Arabia in October 2019 for an event before it was imported from South Korea back to the US in March 2020. After filming for Roadkill concluded, the car was purchased from MotorTrend in early 2025 by the seller, who commissioned body repairs and has added approximately 1,600 of the 16k miles. Power is provided by a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission, and equipment includes a limited-slip differential, a sunroof, 20″ seven Y-spoke alloy wheels, and heated and ventilated front seats. This Charger is now offered at no reserve with the owner’s manual, service records, two red keys, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.

ā€œGeneral Maintenanceā€ was finished to match the exterior scheme of ā€œGeneral Mayhem,ā€ the 1968 Dodge Charger used in MotorTrend’s Roadkill series. The work was performed by Diversified Creations of Brighton, Michigan, and they also added a hood scoop. The car was involved in an accident on the last day of filming for the series in November 2024, and repairs were made in June 2025. A related invoice is shown in the gallery below along with pictures taken prior to the work. There is a scrape on the right portion of the front bumper cover.

The black-finished 20″ seven Y-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with 275/40 Continental ExtremeContact DWTuned tires, while the four-wheel disc brake system features red-finished calipers and slotted rotors. The rear half-shafts were replaced in June 2019, the power steering pump was recently replaced, the left-rear wheel is bent on the inside portion of the lip, and some curb marks are noted.

The heated and ventilated power-adjustable front and heated rear seats seats are trimmed in Black Nappa leather and Alcantara, and interior amenities include a Harman Kardon sound system with 19 speakers and a GreenEdge amplifier as well as remote start, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a UConnect 3C touchscreen infotainment system with navigation.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The driver is aided by a ParkView rearview camera, blind-spot monitoring, and cross-path detection. The digital odometer indicates 16k miles, approximately 1,600 of which were added under current ownership.

The supercharged 6.2-liter V8 was factory rated at 707 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque. The serpentine belt and multiple filters were recently replaced.

Power is routed to the rear wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. The differential was replaced in June 2019, and scrapes are present on underside components.
