2026 Ram 2500 Lunar Edition Brings a Space Inspired Look to Power Wagon and Rebel

Ram is giving its heavy duty trucks a cosmic makeover for the 2026 model year. The company has introduced a new Lunar Edition package for the Ram 2500 Power Wagon and the Ram 2500 Rebel, adding a bold space inspired design along with a long list of premium features.

The special edition was revealed during a recent lunar eclipse, which perfectly matches the theme behind the package. While both trucks are already known for their strong off road capability and heavy duty performance, the Lunar Edition focuses on distinctive styling and upgraded interior touches that give these pickups a unique presence on and off the road.

A Design Inspired by the Moon

The Lunar Edition trucks stand out immediately thanks to their distinctive two tone exterior. Ram uses a Ceramic Grey Clear Coat on the upper portion of the body paired with a Diamond Black Crystal Pearl Coat lower section. The color combination creates a monochromatic look that was inspired by the surface of the moon.

Additional visual touches include Lunar themed graphics along the sides of the truck and black painted wheels that help complete the darker exterior appearance. The Power Wagon version rides on 17 inch wheels while the Rebel features larger 20 inch wheels.

Ram also color matches the grille surround to the body for a cleaner and more aggressive front end look.

Premium Interior with Unique Accents

Inside the cabin, the Lunar Edition trucks receive several upscale upgrades that make them feel more exclusive. The seats are finished in Natura Plus black leather and feature embossed logos specific to either the Power Wagon or Rebel model.

Copperhead Orange contrast stitching runs throughout the interior including the seats, dashboard, doors, steering wheel, and other key surfaces. The contrast stitching adds a bold highlight to the otherwise dark cabin.

Ram also includes a unique center console badge along with a lockable Mopar console safe that allows owners to store valuables securely while out on the trail.

The Lunar Edition package builds on Ram’s Level 2 Equipment Group, which adds several premium technology features. Drivers get a large 14.5 inch Uconnect touchscreen along with a 10.25 inch passenger side display and a 17 speaker Harman Kardon premium audio system.

Other convenience features include rain sensing windshield wipers, adjustable pedals, passive entry, and additional lighting in the truck bed.

Built for Serious Capability

While the Lunar Edition mainly focuses on styling and equipment upgrades, the trucks still retain the heavy duty capability they are known for.

The Power Wagon version comes equipped with a 6.4 liter HEMI V8 that produces around 405 horsepower and 429 pound feet of torque. It also features serious off road hardware including locking differentials, a disconnecting sway bar, and large off road tires.

The Rebel version offers a different type of performance with an available 6.7 liter Cummins turbo diesel engine that produces about 430 horsepower and an impressive 1,075 pound feet of torque, making it ideal for heavy towing duties.

Pricing and Availability

The Lunar Edition is offered as a $1,995 package for both trucks. When equipped with the package, the Power Wagon Lunar Edition starts at around $86,385 including destination, while the Rebel Lunar Edition begins at about $93,885.

Orders for the trucks are expected to open later in the year as Ram prepares the heavy duty lineup for the 2026 model year.
