The automotive world and artistic expression came together in a powerful way as the “Donne e Motori? Gioie e Basta” photographic exhibition opened at the Heritage Hub in Turin, Italy. The exhibition highlights the evolving relationship between women and the automotive industry while challenging outdated stereotypes through meaningful photography and storytelling.

Created by Elisabetta Cozzi and promoted by AIDA, the Italian Association for Women in the Automotive Industry, the exhibition continues to gain international attention for its unique approach to gender equality and automotive culture. The fourth edition focuses on the theme “Men alongside women on the path to equality: portraits of alliance, engines of change.” Photographer Camilla Albertini captured striking portraits that showcase women alongside men who actively support equality and positive change within society and the automotive industry.

The exhibition is hosted at the historic Heritage Hub located within the Mirafiori industrial complex in Turin. The venue has become a major destination for automotive enthusiasts, cultural events, and exhibitions that celebrate automotive history and innovation. Visitors can explore the exhibition while also experiencing the impressive automotive heritage preserved at the facility.

“Donne e Motori? Gioie e Basta” has become one of Italy’s most recognized cultural projects connected to the automotive world. Previous editions have traveled across Italy, drawing large audiences and creating conversations around inclusion, representation, and the role of women in motorsports and automotive culture.

The exhibition also connected with the “Leadership Series” initiative promoted by Women of Stellantis Italia, a program focused on encouraging professional growth and inclusive leadership within the company. Automotive executives and industry leaders participated in discussions centered around collaboration, leadership, and the future of diversity in the industry.

For automotive enthusiasts, photographers, and visitors interested in culture and innovation, the exhibition offers a unique experience that blends classic automotive heritage with modern social themes. The event demonstrates how the automotive industry continues to evolve while embracing new voices and perspectives.
